Theorem Labs

Theorem 1.

We don't guess.
We prove.

Software and AI, shipped for the Government of Bermuda, S Abdul Khaliq 1835, Ziyana Yachts, and retailers across Pakistan.

In production for

  • Government of Bermuda
  • S Abdul Khaliq 1835
  • Ziyana Yachts
  • OmniBiz
Proof follows

Theorem LabsSoftware & AI studio

Most software is built on assumptions. We build on evidence: every decision stated, every edge case handled, every claim tested until it runs for real users. Anything less is conjecture.

§01Services

Six disciplines. One standard of proof.

One senior team across the whole stack, so the thing that was designed is the thing that ships, and the thing that ships is the thing that holds.

  1. Platforms built like theorems: assumptions stated, edge cases handled, performance demonstrated under real load.

Not sure where you fit? Start with the problem. We'll help you state it precisely.

§03Products

Software we own, and run every day.

Client work keeps us honest; our own products keep us accountable. One is live for retailers across Pakistan, and four more are on the way.

  6. fig. 3.6 · your product

Building a product of your own?

We build client products the way we build ours: assumptions stated, claims tested, software that runs.

§04Approach

Three axioms we work by.

Everything else follows from these. They decide what we build, how we build it, and when we call it done.

  • Axiom 1 of 3

    Evidence over opinion

Every decision, architectural, visual, or strategic, traces back to something tested, measured, or shipped.

  • Axiom 2 of 3

    Elegance is rigor

In mathematics the shortest proof is the strongest. We hold our code and our interfaces to the same standard.

  • Axiom 3 of 3

    Production is truth

Nothing counts until it runs for real users. Until then, it is conjecture, and we treat it that way.

§05Method

From conjecture to Q.E.D.

Four moves, always in order. Each is justified before the next begins, and each leaves something you can hold.

  1. 01Hypothesis

We interrogate the brief until the problem is stated precisely: constraints named, success defined, assumptions written down.

∴A written problem statement, agreed before anything is built.

  2. 02Derivation

Architecture, design, and scope proceed step by justified step. Every decision has a reason you can ask to see.

∴Architecture, designs, and a scoped plan.

  3. 03Proof

We build in the open and test under real conditions, because a demo is a claim and production is a demonstration.

∴Working software, shipped in reviewed increments.

  4. 04Corollary

Launch is a result, not a farewell. We measure, refine, and support what follows, around the clock.

    ∴Monitoring, iteration, and 24/7 support.

In their words

It was a pleasure working with Mahad and his team in the creation and implementation of our in-house sales, inventory and database management software. They gave ample time to us in understanding our needs and were able to execute a perfect project for our business tailored to our needs.

§07The studio

Fewer authors. Tighter proofs.

Theorem Labs is founder-led by design. Both founders are on every engagement, writing code, reviewing architecture, and answering the hard emails, alongside a small circle of senior engineers brought in when a project earns them.

§08FAQ

Questions, answered precisely.

01Who will actually work on my project?

Both founders, Mahad and Hassan, on every engagement: writing code, reviewing architecture, and answering the hard emails. Senior engineers join when a project earns them, never juniors billed as seniors.

02Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. We're based in Islamabad and ship worldwide: recent work includes a charter platform for a Dubai company and a foster-care service for the Government of Bermuda.

03How does a project start?

With the problem, stated precisely. Tell us what you're building and how you'll know it worked; within one working day you'll have an honest assessment, and from there the four steps of our method take over.

04What happens after launch?

We stay on it. Support cover runs around the clock, and the people you reach are the people who built it.

05What do you build with?

Whatever the problem calls for. Most of our web work is Next.js and React, with Django or Node behind it; Flutter for cross-platform mobile; and Python for machine learning.

06Can I try your products before they launch?

Yes. EduPulse, Kinesis Studio, Theorem Atlas, and Theorem Praxis are in development; request early access and we'll be in touch.

§09Q.E.D.

Tell us what you're building.

Three short questions: what it is, the details, and where to reply. You'll get a straight answer within one working day: an honest assessment, not a sales pitch.
