ProofS Abdul Khaliq
A mithai house whose recipes go back to the Mughal court. Its first shop opened in Delhi in 1835 and its flagship in Karachi in 1947. Today it sells from branches across Karachi and ships worldwide, from a single box to a wedding order.
That a counter run on nearly two centuries of habit could move onto software without losing what made it work.
We spent time with the owners before writing anything, learning how the counter, the stockroom, and the books actually worked, then built to fit that.
- 01
Sales & POS
sell(item, qty)Billing shaped around the counter as the staff already ran it, not around a template's idea of a shop.
- 02
Inventory

- 03
Database
records.keep()One set of records for the whole business, kept in-house and owned by the business.

It was a pleasure working with Mahad and his team in the creation and implementation of our in-house sales, inventory and database management software. They gave ample time to us in understanding our needs and were able to execute a perfect project for our business tailored to our needs.
